Become a volunteer
MEDES seeks volunteers all year round to participate in clinical trials.
These studies concern space research, on topics such as the simulation of microgravity, isolation, confinement, sleep, circadian rhythms, etc.
They also relate to clinical research, with studies in the fields of physiology, pharmacology, the assessment of biomedical devices, etc.
Participation in these studies is remunerated, with the amount varying according to the conditions and duration of the experiment.
Their duration can vary from a few hours to a few days for medical studies. Space studies can last for several weeks.
NEXT RECRUITMENT : BRACE Bed Rest Study (part 2)
In early 2024, MEDES will be carrying out a new microgravity simulation study using the bedrest model. The study will last 88 days, 60 of which will be spent in bed. Medical and scientific examinations will be carried out throughout the study.
A call for applications is planned for September 2023. But you can already register as a candidate. MEDES is looking for men aged between 20 and 45 who are in good health, non-smokers, in excellent physical condition and with no previous medical problems.
