MEDES was asked by the G\u00e9rontop\u00f4le of the Toulouse University Hospital, a WHO Collaborating Centre for Frailty, along with the Occitanie Regional Health Agency, to develop the ICOPE MONITOR mobile application.<\/p>\n
The ICOPE programme\u00a0aims to preserve the capacities of the elderly by identifying early signs of frailty and offering solutions to address them<\/strong>.
