I-DISCARE Assistance Service Provider (ASP)
Service offers proposed to customers
|
2 options under Contractual Agreement : - Periodical or temporary leasing / loaning of equipment to customers (including satellite telecommunication services subscription, the communications cost being covered by the customer) with a purchase option.
- Simple purchase of the equipment with satellite telecommunication services subscription
For the 2 options, the offer includes : - Installation and configuration of the system
- Annual maintenance and upgrading of the system
- Periodical user training
For option 1, a guarantee that:
The I-DISCARE system will be made available and deployed in the customer premises within 48 hours in European Community Area.

- access to external medical expertise and services
- eriodical planned training and refreshment

The customer is a civilian protection organisation
|
|
Need: For training simulations during 2 months/year they need 4 PDA Terminals, 2 Ambulance Terminals + 1 server and attached display consoles (HW and SW).
Service offer: - I-DISCARE ASP will rent for 2 months the end-to-end mobile Information System
- support the deployment of the system at the location designated by the customer (dispatching room),
- insure the operators training to deploy and use the system (fixed sessions).
- In case of real disaster the I-DISCARE ASP shall be able to deliver to this organisation within 48 hours the complete end-to-end mobile Information System, packed in containers.

The customer is a Mountain Emergency organisation
|
Need: For training simulations during 2 months/year + 3 months of operational use in summer time they need 5 PDA Terminals + 1 server and attached display consoles (HW and SW).
Service offer: - I-DISCARE ASP will rent for 2 + 3 months the end-to-end mobile Information System,
- support the deployment of the system at the location designated by the customer (i.e. their dispatching room),
- insure the operators training (fixed sessions).

The customer is a private ambulance Company
|
|
Need: during summer time 4 months/year they need 4 Ambulance Terminals + 1 server and attached display consoles (HW and SW) for a medical emergency institution.
Service offer: - rent for 4 months the end-to-end mobile Information System,
- support the deployment of the system at the location designated by the customer (dispatching room),
- insure the operators training (fixed sessions).

The customer is a travel organization company
|
Need: During summer time 4 months/year they need 6 Portable Telemedicine Workstations (PTW) + 1 server and attached display consoles (HW and SW) for the medical emergency Institution that they have contracted (a call centre like Europ Assistance, Mondial Assistance, AXA Assistance, Inter Mutuelles Assistance etc...).
Service offer: - rent for 4 months the end-to-end mobile Information System,
- support the deployment of the system at the location designated by the customer (dispatching room of the call centre contracted by the customer),
- insure the operators training (fixed sessions).

The customer is a boat rent company
|
Need: during summer time 4 months/year they need 10 Portable Telemedecine Workstations (PTW) + 1 server and attached display consoles (HW and SW) for a medical emergency Institution that I-DISCARE ASP will contract (Centre of Maritime Medical Consultation...).
Service offer: - rent for 4 months the end-to-end mobile Information System + manage the subscription contract with the medical emergency Institution,
- support the deployment of the system on boats and in the dispatching room of the medical emergency Institution,
- insure the operators training (fixed sessions).

The customer is a General Practitioner
|
Need: he works in remote areas and wants to have 2nd advice in case of suspicion of heart stroke. He wants to purchase 1 Portable Telemedecine Workstations (PTW) and to be connected with a Cardiology Call Centre.
Service offer: - sell 1 PWT, contract and equip the call centre with 1 server and attached display console (HW and SW),
- manage the subscription contract with the Cardiology Call Centre,
- support the deployment of the system in the dispatching room and will insure the operators training (fixed sessions).

The customer is a Company working off-shore or isolated areas
|
Need: for 6 months on their work fields they need 2 Portable Telemedicine Workstation + 1 server and the attached display consoles (HW and SW) for a medical emergency Institution that I-DISCARE ASP will contract (i.e; a Centre of Maritime Medical Consultation...).
Service offer: - rent for 6 months the end-to-end mobile Information System + manage the subscription contract with the medical emergency Institution,
- support the deployment of the system on the sites and in the dispatching room of the medical emergency Institution,
- insure the operators training (fixed sessions).
