I-DISCARE Ambulance Terminal supports the inputs of Field Medical Card data (partially or in total) of the patient in the I-DISCARE Information System. Additionally, the Ambulance Terminal allows the transmission of objective medical data thanks to monitoring equipment (proposed one: Propaq Encore allowing ECG up to 3 derivations, Heart Rate, O2 saturation, Blood pressure, Breathing rate, T°) to the dispatching room console for display and analysis. The Ambulance terminal allows audio communication between Ambulance actor and console operators.
The interface between the terminal and the ambulance consist mainly in a connection with the 12/24 V power supply and in the patching of the GPS/Globalstar magnetic antenna on the metallic roof of the vehicle.
