THE MEDES SITES

MEDES staff work on four different sites to carry out the institute’s various activities and to be as close as possible to the teams with which they operate in the field.

The four MEDES sites:

The "Clinical Research" unit

Located in Toulouse, on the site of the Rangueil University Hospital (CHU). This is where the “clinical research” unit is based.

A full-time team of 6 people work at the site, mostly medical personnel. It should be noted that this team can be reinforced temporarily to address the needs of the clinical studies carried out here (for which Cooperation Agreements are signed with the CHU).

The" La Pélude" site, in Toulouse

The base of the Engineering-Application Projects unit.

A dozen MEDES personnel work here, mostly IT engineers (developing e-health systems), biomedical engineers and administrative and financial personnel.

3. The CADMOS site, in Toulouse, within the CNES complex

This is where the “operational support for physiology experiments” unit is located.

MEDES keeps a support team permanently on hand. The team, which currently consists of eight physiologists and biomedical engineers, specialises in biomedical experiments.
